A reliable weather forecast is always difficult and there are a number of apps on the market for it.

We've found that the best forecast is actually provided by Apple's own Weather app. Alternatively, you can use the "Carrot" app, which is available for Apple and Android, and use the "Apple Weather" data model (for a fee).
