Unfortunately, from time to time, the satellite dish for the television doesn't seem to work. If the message "No signal" appears, please start the "Zattoo" app via the Amazon Fire TV Stick (see below). You can also find all the programs here. If the subscription has expired, please contact us and we will renew it immediately.

Select Media

This is the remote control for the TV.

Use the top left button to turn on the TV.

The following picture appears on the TV.

Usually, the medium that you used last is started. The displayed image disappears after a few seconds if you do not press any button.

Press right on the "circle" and select "Fire TV Stick" or "Live TV" on the TV. Live TV is "normal" television and you can stream films and series via Fire TV.

If you want to change the medium in the meantime, press the home button and select the new medium as described above.

Select Channel

To change the program, press the center button once. You can then use the "circle" on the top and bottom buttons to change the channel.

If you press and hold the middle button, you will get more information about the program.

If you press the right button, the TV guide is displayed with a channel and program overview. You can use the keys mentioned above to navigate in the guide. Use the middle button to select.

Alternatively, you can also use it to change the channel by pressing the button up or down.

You can leave the guide again with the left arrow key.

Change volume

Use this button to change the volume. Push them up or down. If you press the button on it, you mute it.

Television

The stick turns on automatically when you turn on the TV.

You can switch off the TV using the button on the top left.

You can also use the +/- buttons to control the TV volume.

Use the "circle" to navigate through Amazon Prime. Use the button in the middle of the circle to select.

The "Home" button takes you back to the start screen of Amazon Video.

You can always go back one selection with the "Back" button.
