House rules
Dear guests,
Our holiday apartment should be your second home, a place to dream and to see. They should feel good and be able to relax. We've put a lot of effort into setting it up and we hope you'll find everything you need. The following house rules are intended to help ensure a harmonious stay. For your convenience we have described some rules which we hope you will find understandable. By treating the apartment properly, we will continue to help you in the future to provide you and other guests with satisfactory services.
GENERALLY
If you miss anything in the facility or if you need help, please contact us with confidence. Please handle the entire facility and inventory and treat the rental property with care. Please make sure that your fellow travelers also comply with the rental conditions.
QUIET TIMES
In the interest of being a good neighbor, we ask you to observe the public rest periods such as lunchtime, nighttime and Sunday rest. Out of respect, silence should also be maintained in the holiday apartment itself between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. However, excessive noise should be avoided at all times and we ask that you treat local residents and neighbors with respect.
KITCHEN
Please handle the kitchen equipment and the technical devices. Since nobody likes a dirty kitchen, please only place crockery, pots and cutlery in the cupboards if they are clean and dry. Please do not place hot pots and other hot objects on the table or worktop without a coaster. Always use a cutting board as a base for cutting. Please leave the interior of the oven and microwave in a clean condition.
TOILET
Please do not dispose of wet toilet paper, feminine hygiene items or leftover food in the toilet, but use the rubbish bins provided!
DAMAGE
No one intentionally breaks things, but breaking something can happen to anyone. Please inform us immediately of any damage that has occurred. The renter is liable for damage in the amount of the replacement costs. We also ask you not to move any furniture (without prior agreement) to another room.
SECURITY
We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travelers and relatives also comply with the rental conditions. The apartment door should always be closed and locked with a key when leaving the house. Likewise, all windows must be closed when leaving the apartment in order to avoid possible damage caused by storms or burglary. Lights, air conditioning, fans and electronic devices such as televisions should be switched off when not in use or when you are not in the apartment to save energy.
GUESTS
The maximum number of guests must not be exceeded. All overnight guests must be announced in advance and accepted by the landlord, additional costs may apply. This also applies to guests who join you during your stay.
PARTIES AND CELEBRATIONS
Parties and other larger gatherings (more than 8 people in the apartment, of which a maximum of two may be visitors) are not permitted in our apartment. When meeting in small groups, please ensure that the guests also adhere to the house rules.
PARK
Please only park your vehicle in the designated parking space in front of the house and pay attention to the vehicles and parking paths of the neighbors.
WASTE DISPOSAL
Please dispose of the waste according to the local regulations for waste separation and in the containers provided for this purpose, which are available on the property. Please only use all rubbish bins with rubbish bags and dispose of them closed. No rubbish, leftovers, harmful liquids or the like may be thrown or poured into the kitchen sink, toilets, wash basins and shower! Avoid anything that can clog the lines (no toiletries down the toilet).
VALUABLES
The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guests.
SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and do not throw them on the property.
PETS
A maximum of two pets are allowed in the apartment. However, please do not leave them on the couch or beds.
KEY
As a guest, you will receive a key from us for the front door and for the apartment door. Please never let them out of your hands. Lost keys must be reported immediately and the guest is responsible for replacing the locks and keys.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
You can arrive at any time after 3 p.m. The key can be found in the PIN code-protected key box. On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the apartment by 10 a.m. at the latest. Please remember to put the key back in the key box!
CLEANING
Should you ever make a mishap (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to rectify this immediately. We ask that you leave the apartment clean and in the same condition in which you found it upon departure and that you put all the dishes you used back in the cupboards clean and dry.
INTERNET/WI-FI
In the apartment there is a free, wireless internet connection (WLAN). You use the Internet at your own risk, the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the Internet use of the tenant. Please note that we will not tolerate misuse and will report it.
HEAT
Heating in the holiday apartment is only permitted with the air conditioning or with the heaters provided by us. Please note that electricity consumption is monitored and any violation is immediately noticed.
AGREEMENT
By booking the holiday apartment, we assume that the house rules will be accepted.
