Olive oil tasting

The best olive oil in the world is produced in Istria, so you should definitely have taken part in an olive oil tasting.

We did our tasting at Chiavalon in Vodnjan and it was a real experience. In the shop itself you can try up to six olive oils or book a complete guided tour (also in German or English), in which there is more interesting information about olive oil production.

Also in Vodnjan you can find the Oio Vivo olive oils. Here, too, you can take part in a tasting in the shop.
